I have been modding San Andreas since the day the first mods came out and i know a LOT about how to get things working, but this is either hard coded or impossible to crack with a tool or something. I am using San Andreas Limits Adjuster but it only works for the number of different RGB colors in carcols.dat, not the number of colors per car.
