Do not continue it unless it really needs a response. I am missing the dlc reward items from The Darkspawn Chronicles, Leliana's Song, The Golems of Amgarrak, and Witch Hunt. I have unlocked all of the trophies that the items require, and have had these items in a previous play through, but recently when I started a new game they did not show up. I recently bought the steam collection of the Dragon Age trilogy for collection's sake and the badges, previously I've been playing without issues on the origin copy, anyways I noticed during gameplay that none of the dlcs are showing up in game. The thing is when I checked "Manage Add-on", I can see all DLCs are installed. Then I gave up on my old save and start a new game. The new game also doesn't have DLCs at all. I know because in Haven, you can see Black Emporium on the world map but there's no Black Emporium. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and performed app recovery yet
I still couldn't get Trespasser on the War Table but I did see Trials, which is directly under the difficulty selection, and I also see Team Work, under Mark of the Rift, which I hadn't seen that before. I am going to battle Crypheus again and maybe Trespasser will show up then. If not maybe a new game but I'd rather not just yet.

For Dragon Age: Inquisition on the PlayStation 4, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "The Descent not showing up at the War Table". Additionally, you have quite a few dai mod manager hairs with frosty, this is ok they load ok with frosty but if you were in a DLC, dai mod manager hairs tend not to show up there. So if you were in a DLC and you didn't see people wearing their modded hairs, this would be why. I do have a fix for this on some hairs though, if needed. Ogami Dec 17, 2022 @ 2:03pm. Yup the version on Steam is the GOTY Edition that includes ALL ever released DLC for Inquisition. The multiplayer and item packs and the 3 story DLC, Jaws of Hakon, The Descent and Trespasser. If you have the Steam version you have everything ever released for this game. So no need to "get" Trespasser anywhere.
Either way, remaking him as a rogue again should put him in your Keep now. In the Keep you can insert any hero you want into any tapestry. Use your current playthrough's tapestry, but just click on the hero square and then click on it again and you should have a variety of heroes to choose from. Man, I just wish he'd show up.
