I'm seriously interested in this game, it looks damned good. $99 for the complete, $59 for the standard. Complete looks to be hella better though. I ended up subscribing for the Xbox game pass, you get the complete edition with all dlcs. At the time you could get the first month for something like a dollar. Considering that Anno 2070 is currently on sale for -75%, I'd say go for it. While the extra scenarios you get - apart from the base game and the add-on - aren't something too special, they're worth that amount of money and more. City lights: is good. I like the big ornament. 7/10. Agreed with this but i give City of lights 10/10. 1 - Vibrant Cities, by far the best since you don't have to think much as it's skins for buildings you have tons of naturally (residences) by just playing the game normally.
no one really answered your question. The cosmetic DLCs are not part of the complete edition NOR season passes. To have the most complete experience you have to buy the Complete edition year 4 or have the base game plus the deluxe edition content (for the extra AI competitor) and the 4 season passes.
